Hailing from the land of the long white cloud, New Zealand, Nicole moved to Australia as a teenager with her family. There she went on to pursue her dream of becoming a television journalist and newsreader.

After a decade at Sky News doing just that -- with her husband, James, in 5 Star hotels, he, Nicole (and baby bump) decided to do something akin to Carpe Diem.

A few deep breaths later the couple found themselves in the city that never sleeps, Hong Kong where the trio, which now included blondie Ava, survived and thrived for four years before moving to Xi’an, China, where they lived for 2.5 years.

Nicole, James and Ava are now back in Sydney (for the time being) where she continues to work as Journalist, Writer and Speaker.

lldiko Szabo has lived in 8 different countries, mostly as a single woman, and has learned 4 languages. She has mastered many professions and worked in many places. From an early age, she has been on a mission to find happiness, success and balance in her life, as well as how to upgrade her life emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually, so that she has more time for 'Dating Yourself' As the name implies, Ildiko believes the most important relationship we have is the one with ourselves. She supports women to prioritize themselves, teaches them to be their own best friend, have a deeper understanding of their life build up self-love and self-compassion, as well as overcome limiting beliefs. She is an online coach and in the last 20 years has mastered several methods, techniques and therapies to bring you closer to your true self.

Today she lives in Panama in the jungle, close to nature and wildlife, where she continues to develop her self love coaching business, whilst navigating the challenges of a remodelling a house, invading ants, stray cats, monkeys, local transport (a small boat) and all the other challenges of relocation.
